I emailed Andrew from Hemlock Plumbing to come look at the shower in one of my rental units which had come apart.

He was great at sourcing a hard to find part, looking for weeks on my behalf. He also got the shower running with a temporary part until he was able to secure the right one.

Andrew installed the new kitchen sink in one of my other rentals as well. He showed me where the leaks were coming from, and replaced the corroded valves as well as the installing the new sink. He was really great with my tenants and very professional.

I had an on call plumber before, but I think I will replace them with Hemlock plumbing. I'd definitely recommend Andrew and Hemlock Plumbing and Heating.

Recently, my husband and I underwent major renovations in our new home and Andrew was there to help from the beginning to the end, completing all of the jobs in a timely fashion. In the kitchen remodel, Andrew ran all new gas lines for the new range, reconfigured all the plumbing for the new sink location, and installed the farmhouse sink and faucet. Andrew also relocated pipes for the new washing machine in the laundry room, finished the required plumbing, and installation of the sink and faucet in the bathroom, and installed an full house air conditioner. Andrew did exactly what he said he was going to do, returned texts and phone calls promptly, and most importantly stayed on budget. We were very pleased to meet Andrew and turn over our plumbing to him. Our new home build is in a remote location in the Shuswap area and we couldn't be onsite while he was doing the work, which included taking over and completing someone else's work. He was very professional and friendly, and took the time to understand all our needs and wishes, and offer suggestions when our ideas needed fine-tuning. He arrived exactly when he said he would (which doesn't always happen with other tradespeople in the area), and he completed the work within his estimated time frame and kept us informed of his progress during the work. He showed up at the jobsite with all the equipment and parts that he needed to complete the work he planned, and was very organized and neat.

I had Andrew from Hemlock Plumbing and Heating replace my old boiler with a new condensing boiler. This was the first time I have had a boiler replaced. Andrew completed it in a timely manner, it looks good and everything is works. I was connected with Andrew through another plumber that changed careers. He was knowledgable and gave me more than one option. I would recommend and use Hemlock again.

My heat was not working in my kitchen but was working everywhere else in the house and I couldn't figure out why so I called Andrew and he quickly came down that afternoon. He found and explained to me that the system was simply "air locked" and turns out that when a technician from another company replaced a pump that had failed in the spring they didn't bleed the air out in the system. He was only at my house a short while and the bill was quite reasonable. I now have him out once a year to service my boiler and haven't had any issues since. He is curious, polite and very professional I highly recommend him and his quality of work.

I am very pleased with the work provided by Hemlock Plumbing. Andrew was very easy to deal with and was always prompt and professional. I work to very tight timelines and Andrew is very accommodating in making sure my needs are met to the best of his ability. His workmanship is excellent and communication is always prompt and to the point.

So far the work Andrew has done for me has been plumbing on a bathroom renovation, plumbing services on a kitchen remodel and replacement of a hot water tank and all jobs were performed like an expert.
