Henry's Flooring Installation

Jason Henry was hired in April 0f 2022, it’s currently now October 2022 and he’s still not done, in fact, we are very concerned his intentions are not to finish at all! His excuse are endless. Always projecting responsibility of his poor work ethic onto the customer. Unavoidably, hiccups involving other trade delays happen, and he mentioned the scope of the work changed, but he himself quoted the job and should’ve known the requirements at hand. It now seems obvious that Jason lacks integrity and professionalism. He’s been paid 95% of a large amount of money (53k) and now he’s holding us hostage by not completing the job that he was paid for. He is now the one holding other trades back and will not take any accountability! The tile work itself was not the quality we expected. It’s been a total twilight zone with him. I would caution anyone considering hiring him. He is hot-tempered and irrational to deal with. He will not return phone calls, emails, or answer his phone. When we do speak to him he comes back with strange comments that he’s not our slave! His work ethic is absolutely horrendous!

We give these contractors a 10+ rating. The job they did for us turned out better than we anticipated. We found them knowledgeable, skilled and the pre work estimate was an accurate reflection of their work. They were a pleasure to have in our home. We recommend them highly.
