I had my previous contractor redo 3 bathrooms in my house...and without my consent or knowing he completly cut through and detroyed 4 floor joists...3 of which my 2 person juccuzI tub was resting over. Needless to say my house was unsafe and shifting, the emotional and finacial stress on our family unbelievable.
Ryan from HEP structures came And put in 4 14' 2"x 8" sister joists with 2 box outs, and all new plumbing/electrical. He saved us! He put our house back together to code and for a fair price!
I felt that Ryan was emotionally invested in our home and made our house a top priority...
He is a total professional and will be my first consideration for future renovation and or construction needs.
