Without the assistance of this company, I would have been exposed to potential fire hazard(s). The previous contractor kept telling us he was doing us a favour. We did not need that. We wanted someone who consulted city hall, get permits and installed proper water and gas lines. Hevani consulting looked at the bigger picture of safety for both the owner and the caregiver suite. Helsa took charge in re mediating all the deficiences and pointed out possible solutions. When I was told previously that no vent was needed for a gas stove - I should just open my door- all my alarm bells rang and I called Hevani.
I am so pleased with Helsa and her extended team, I cannot recommend her enough.

I highly recommend Helsa/Hevani Constuction. She saved me and my house! The person who started the reno's was not keeping to 'code' on many points, and his work was very unsatisfactory. Found Hevani Consulting through a friend (we all have dogs in common), and she stepped up with energy and knowledge concerning the laws, codes etc. to complete the project successfully. Can't thank her enough.
