Had a main sanitary drain in the basement causing me a holdup with my bathroom renovation project. Called expecting to make an appointment for 'some time down the line', but instead got same day service. Wow. A fantastic start followed only by equally fantastic service. Chris arrived when he said he would, patiently heard out the novice (always appreciate a pro treating a customer with courtesy), put his head down and got the job done. What can I say. Appreciate the quick response, professionalism and work ethic. Thanks so much!
