Hiring Dan was a very pleasant experience. Home reno's are never fun and this one was no exception. Dan handle a difficult working situation for him and his workers with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. Dan even came back to finish an area that was not accessible at the start of the painting stages. The work was completed with only a few touch ups needed and the end result was a very positive one. Dan's experience and knowledge was an important factor for us, along with his calm demeanor and outstanding communication made this reno go as good as it possible could.

The work this company did for us was of good quality. They were negotiable and competitive in pricing. They did a good job at what they were required to, however they did not have enough manpower to complete the job quickly and efficiently. All work they did for us was on the building exterior and was to our satisfaction and we would us them again for future repairs.They are an upstanding and conscientious company.

I can only say great things about Daniel Gaudet and the job he and the staff did. First of all they sealed off and covered all areas before they started so that all the dust and dirt was contained. They did the job according to the time plan and they scheduled the work for when I was away which I really appreciated. All the staff are very polite and respectful and respectful of my home. The wood was delivered to my home the day they said it would be, Dan repeatedly called me to check if his guys coming was OK on which ever date and let me know well in advance and they always showed up as scheduled. The floor was absolutely perfect, so were the stairs which are very tricky to do as its an old spiral staircase, they made a perfect job of the base boards and the other trims. They called me to ask what I thought and if I was happy which again I appreciated. They are really impressive and so was the floor.

Dan was polite, arrived within the time windows he provided, and completed the work fully and cleaned up after himself. While it took a few days for the job to be completed, he followed through satisfactorily.

The repair was done in a timely manner and the job was very well done. The workers kept the area very clean and cleaned up each time they worked on the project so there was no unnecessary inconvenience to me.

I like Dura Contractors’ work on my balcony water leak issue. My property management was trying to solve this issue for about a year with other contractors. When Dura Contractors (Dan) came to look at the issue he was able to identify the root cause of the leak and provided solution. Instead of using caulking to just seal the section, he provided solution to put a layer of concrete and slop it to channel water away from my Living room. I also like how he communicates well explaining what kind of work is required. He followed up me to ensure the issue is fixed. I liked their professional workmanship so we are working on my unit restoration project with them as well.

The team did their work well but there was weather conditions that caused the gate to be installed a little late, but when work was done did a lovely job and clean up after their work. I would recommend these guys any time.
