Luke and his whole team have been outstanding. It was so convenient to have all our options in one place. The design process with their input was invaluable. I've had to call upon them after the fact with questions and Luke has been extremely responsive even coming out to make some adjustments.

New to Barrie, knowing no one I had an inspection of an older condo done prior to purchase. Luke came and checked every system, space and corner. I followed his advice and upgraded the original sinks, counters, light fixtures and replaced sliders on the bedroom doors and at the entrance. This made it my space and three years later it was sold at a profit.
Next move was to a townhouse and Luke and his team did numerous upgrades that resulted, five years later, in selling at double the purchase and improvements cost.
My son and family then moved to Barrie and again relied on this firm at their address.
