I have used Cal Tebb and his crew for multiple jobs, including building a garage and renovating a basement. His crew is always thorough, prompt and cheerful. The most recent job was very difficult. A previous contractor (Burgess Enterprises) who renovated my home had failed to finish the crawl space under the addition properly with the result that my home was invaded with mice every winter. Repairing it meant chipping out defective cement, removing dirt and then eventually pouring concrete to repair the entire perimeter of the crawl space; all in a space with a 2 to 3 ft headroom through an entrance of about 40 inches square! They did the job thoroughly, cheerfully and competently as they have done every other job for me. I highly recommend them for any home job. Their rates are reasonable, their estimates surprisingly accurate (even for a rotten difficult job like this last one) and their work always reliably carefully and well done.
