Home Trade Standards - Condo HVAC Specialists

I called a number of places my property manager suggested. They could not arrive the following day. I read on our FB condo page that this company was highly suggested.

I called spoke to Kevin he gave me a service call price he told me a technician would arrive the following day. He gave me a small window for the arrival time, which was great. George arrived on time he did his checks discovered it was just the thermostat. He changed it and job was completed. I would most def recommend this team. Thank you guys, well done.

I contacted Home Trade Standard to replace my a/c in my condo unit. Kevin was very courteous and was able to provide me with the information I needed to make the decision to use their services. Amire was then my point of contact. He is extremely courteous, professional and spent time explaining the process involved, and the cost of the repair. Upon booking the repair with them I received my contract (no hidden fees) which I truly appreciated the honesty of the cost of the repair. The went in completed the job and made sure the they left the condo clean. I would highly recommend Home Trade Standard for your repairs.

I contacted Home Trade Standards first thing this morning, before 7am, to look into a Condo Heat Pump Repair. Kevin cheerfully answered and went out of his way to accommodate me in order to ensure a technician came out to look into my AC issue, given the heat wave this week. Nima arrived on time within the hours scheduled, he was very pleasant to talk to and walked me through the issues and tests he did. He was able to resolve my issue in a very prompt and timely manner, and then Kevin did a follow up call as well to make sure I was happy with the service. I highly recommend Kevin and his company and have already socialized it through social media to my condo neighbors. Home Trade Standards really do care about you and your comfort and that's hard to come by. Thanks again Kevin and Nima!! You really made my day by being in contact with you and all of your help!!

The guys from Home Trade Standards who came to assess our AC units were terrific. They were very prompt, which is such a treat when you are waiting for a technician to arrive. They were very friendly -two really nice guys. They inspected all three units (including the one precariously on the 3rd-floor fire escape), diagnosed the issues and completed the repairs. They asked me for my help when they needed it, but otherwise, I went about my normal afternoon business while they handled the units. When ready to leave, they gave me some advice for next year. All in all, it was so easy. I felt comfortable with both men working in my home. The job was done well. My units are working. I'm happy to give a great review and would definitely call them again for any other maintenance, repairs or replacements.

Never use this company - they are swindler that manipulated and lied to me, provided no customer service and as a result of using them i now have a lien on my house.

We are extremely pleased with the coordination performed by Kevin for the installation we had completed by Hometrade, they got everything working in 5 hours, I was shocked at the time frame. Amazing financing programs you guys have available and overall an untouchable experience, if anything breaks, I'm calling you!!

We recently got a new tankless water heater through Home Trade Standards. We got two quotes from other places before deciding to go with them and it was well worth the time to shop around.

The work that was done was good. I was very happy with the way things were talked about with me. They where clean workers, no mess was left and the timing was also good.

These guys are excellent. Their products are well priced, their service was quick and friendly, and most importantly their work was impeccable, with attention to every detail. I highly recommend this company.
