As a business renovator, we were remodelling a full basement. As soon as the framing was exposed we asked Luis to provide a new design for the complete basement.
Luis took time to listen to the expectations and feel customers' tastes. Within a few days, he created drafts, then were approved by the owner.
Luis helped us by saving on labour and material with detailed drawings, the cut list, and the material list. The owner was happy, everyone was on the same page.
Luis is creative and details focus. He has the ability to make digitally coloured drawings so everyone in the project understands.
Good communicator, and very nice at drawing with precision.

My family just purchased our first home which is in need of some updating. I did not have much experience in planning and updating a home an was very nervous about what to do and how to plan it. Luis helped me with the redesign of one of our bathrooms that needed the most renovating. He was extremally helpful and informative, not only he made a design according to my vision but also educated me on how to communicate with contractors and buying the materials since I am located in Miami and he was not going to be able to communicate with the contractor himself. The information that he provided definitely prevented us from making some mistakes we where about to do regarding design and materials. He is very knowledgeable, worked within my budget and communicated with me constantly. I would definitely work with him again for any other projects that I do in the future.
