I hired this crew to complete basement concrete floor for home addition and redo sunken and cracked concrete floor in the garage. This was one of the best organized crews that I ever worked with. They kept me updated through the project all he time. Everything they promised was delivered on time and without surprises. Quality of work is great. Very knowledgeable and dependable team in my opinion.

Frank and the HotReno Inc. team did a great job installing a new washroom exhaust fan, GFCI outlet and a new kitchen sink faucet, the latter which was more cumbersome than anticipated due to corrosion on the original faucet. In replacing my kitchen faucet, the team noticed that my kitchen sink p-trap was on the verge of leaking due to existing rust. Frank offered to return within 48 hours to replace the p-trap after his team provided guidance on a temporary solution. I would definitely use HotReno Inc. for future contracting work and also refer them to others requiring contractor services. Frank and the team were professional and timely in both their communication and work.
