We hired House and Homes Contracting for our kitchen renovation in early 2018. While We had our own ideas of what we were looking for with our new kitchen, Carlous helped us design a stunning new concept that included beautiful custom cabinetry. While the project might have taken a little bit longer than was initially planned for, the finished product more than makes up for this. Carlous and his team are hardworking and totally trustworthy. Our kitchen is now something you would find in a magazine and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

Carloes did extensive work on our main floor. This included opening a wall between the kitchen and living room, replacing hard wood floors, replacing interior doors, painting several rooms and complete gut and re-build of the bathroom. Carloes is always accessible and worked hard to meet our needs. He is detail oriented and very particular about the quality of the work. He also had plenty of ideas which was helpful in coming to some of our final decisions.
There were a few glitches, which is inevitable, but Carloes made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I will definitely hire Carloes again.

House and home construction renovated my 75 year old bungalow a few years ago. The washrooms needed to be completely gutted and redone, the kitchen as well. He also put down hardwood floors in my sunken living room. Carlous did everything that an old house needed to my house. It was a job well done.

I would like to take the time to give a brief satisfaction review for the job that was provided to me by House and Homes Construction. I am a home owner, my bathroom however was in need for a renovation so I contacted House and Homes Construction to get the job done. Immediately, I was offered there services. A team member Carlous Smith was provided to get the task done. The services provided to my entire bathroom was done in an excellent and timely fashion. A job well done and satisfaction indeed. I truly and highly recommend this company for the job.
