I have used Michael of Hybrid Roofing and Exterior Solutions...i used them once in my Surrey house.. They were very efficient I was surprised that the work was already done and they were gone..by the time I came home... Their price was very reasonable..since then I have used them twice at my Abbotsford house.
Once for roofing and then called them back for siding... I will use them for further jobs... I have also recommended them to my families who content with their services as well...

| Warranty | INSTALLATION WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS WARRANTY COVERAGE For the life of the installed shingle by HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS. (“HRES") will repair, free of charge, the Following: 1. Any deficiencies with the Owner's roof installation caused by the workmanship of HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS under the Signed Contract: and, 2. Any damage done to the property of the Owner/neighbour, including the interior and exterior attachments such as decks/patios (the “Property”), But only if it is as a direct result of the workmanship of HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS. $1,000 QUALITY ASSURANCE REBATE If the workmanship of HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS is found by HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS, in its sole discretion acting reasonably, to be faulty, and the actual cost(labour and materials) to repair the roof exceeds 25% of the Total Paid. in addition to other rights of the Owner under the Warranty, HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS will pay the Owner $1,000 as compensation for the Owners inconvenience. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The maximum liability accruing to HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS under the Warranty, inclusive of any amounts owing as a result of the $1,000 quality assurance rebate, is the Total Paid under the Service Contract. HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS shall only be responsible to undertake such form of replacement and repairs as are reasonable in the Circumstances, with regard to the availability of reasonable replacement alternatives and the proportionate value of replacement or repair in the circumstances. For greater clarity, HYBRID EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS reserves the right to have damages of any kind whatsoever repaired, rather than replaced. “Repair”, in this contest is meant to include substitution of reasonably equivalent materials when original materials are not reasonably available.
