We recently hired Icon Builders to raise the ceilings for our home's basement. They were very prompt with offering us consultation and estimates within our timeline. We were also impressed by their portfolio of work which we viewed earlier.

Luckily their pricing was very reasonable as well and we were able to move forward with our basement underpinning plans.

During the process, the contractors were very courteous and they completed the underpinning project within our deadline.

Very very professional.

Being punctual is a rare commodity among contractors. The crews were always on time and on several occasions stayed late in the evening. Came even over the weekend to make sure the project stays on schedule.

The site supervisors attended every day. They were very meticulous and paid extreme attention to details.

Icon was hired to redo my entire main floor which included demoing the entire level, and creating an open concept. The job was done within the time and budget promised. Their team was professional and any hiccups were dealt immediately.

ICON Builders helped us design and construct our custom home in an efficient and flexible process. We enjoyed working collaboratively with both Igli and Elvis in sharing ideas and completing our new home on time and within budget. ICON Builders provided valuable insight on how to achieve our ideas in a practical and cost efficient manner but without compromising on quality or design. The flexible and partnership approach to working with ICON Builders made the process of reconstructing our home enjoyable and we would definitely work with ICON Builders for future projects - both big and small.

We had several contractors come in to provide estimates for time and material costs and Icon’s estimates were in the middle of the others that quoted. We didn’t select Icon because they were less expensive nor did we not select them because they weren’t the cheapest. Our decision was based on accuracy of the quotation, personality and a “comfortable” feel with the team that came out to review the project.

Icon didn’t mark up the materials for the job and took the extra time to review designer recommendations and provide options to us that would lower the cost and time to complete the job without being detrimental to the finished project. Very much appreciated this aspect of the service.

Unlike other contractors I have worked with, they managed their sub contractors diligently, ensuring work performed was on time and of good quality. Where quality was lacking they were in to review and had the workers back to correct the issues right away.

Overall, it was one of my better experiences with a contracting company and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them in for another job.
