Back in July, we had a complete bathroom makeover from top to bottom by Rene at I-Level Contracting. The workmanship was amazing and I would now consider this room to be the highlight of the house! Honestly looks like a page out of a showroom magazine! Always on-time, very professional and exceeded my expectations on all levels! Thank you I-Level for doing such an amazing job!

We started looking for a home renovation company to do our bathroom since mid May and even though we had an unprecedented situation we were still positive that everything will go through. This is our first renovation since we bought the house and we had fears and doubts in our mind. We did a search in the Trusted Pro website (the site looks legitimate) where each company was rated by the people who hired them. There was one company who has a stand out rating not only for bathrooms but for everything that needs an upgrade in a house from simple to complicated renovation. This is iLevel Contracting and we are very proud and happy that we hired Ian and Rene. They made an excellent job in our first bathroom as it’s more than we expected and they really paid attention to details. Ian, Rene and the entire team are very skilled, professional, trustworthy, punctual, organized (they had itinerary of what will be done in each day during the entire renovation) and they maintained cleanliness at the end of the day. They are highly recommended and we will be asking them, without a doubt, to renovate and execute our future projects in our house. Our great appreciation to Ian and Rene for our beautiful bathroom.

Exactly what I expected

We are very happy with the deck that iLevel Contracting built for us and highly recommend this company as a contractor for any home project.

The project took about a week and Ian provided regular updates regarding progress, materials, costs and estimated timing to complete.

During the construction Ian communicated suggestions for additional upgrades and improvements to the deck structure. He provided a good explanation and costs of each option so that we could make an informed decision.

Our deck looks great and we are happy with the quality of construction. We would definitely work with iLevel Contracting again on our next home project.

Ian and Rene did a great job for us, in spite of numerous COVID obstacles and condo restrictions. They were punctual for all appointments, and their workmanship was excellent. Two things we especially appreciated: 1) Their willingness to take on extra jobs that were not specified in our original contract, but cropped up during the renovation process. 2) Their regular and fulsome progress reports.

We recently hired this company to complete a bathroom renovation in our home. We found Ian and Rene to be highly professional and helpful throughout the process which included an unfortunate delay due to the Covid 19 shutdown. We were kept informed throughout the wait, and Ian and Rene were very accommodating when rescheduling a restart date. We were impressed with the quality of their work and found them very easy to work with in our home. We would highly recommend them to others and would not hesitate to employ them again in any future renovations. They met all of our expectations, providing us with a quality bathroom renovation completed on a reasonable budget.

iLevel fixed my broken front door after it was forcibly broken down. They fixed it the next day and were very quick with the repairs. They cleaned up well afterwards and have followed up to make sure the door was working properly. I would recommend them highly!

I had a very specific task to be done and not only did they understand my vision, they gave me some excellent insight that improved the end product! This job was at an investment property so I relied on them to get the job done well with no supervision. Highly recommend iLevel. Ian was the best contractor we’ve worked with. He’s young but don’t let his age fool you. He has exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail. He modernized our front entrance way, which including removing a second set of doors to the house and levelling the floor. Ian left the area in great shape at the end of each day and sent status updates through the process. The job was finished on time and budget. My husband and I and really happy with the work performed by the iLevel team. They had a challenging job in front of them and they managed to do what another contractor had stepped away from. They are detailed oriented and made sure the area was cleaned when they left every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ian and Rene installed a set of French doors in our second story bedroom. Our home is older and previous owner did a number of DIY additions, so the space isn't typical. There were a number of "surprises" that required unique work-arounds that were implemented with no fuss.

They were prompt, courteous and professional during both the initial visit to view the project work up the quote and then on the day when the work was done.

The out-come was excellent and completely satisfactory. iLevel will be our first call on future projects, and we would highly recommend them.

Sam Gram Designs approached Ian form iLevel Contracting to participate in a collaboration project for The Ensuite Bath & Kitchen (EMCO) showroom in Mississauga. Sam and Ian teamed up to design EMCO’s high end bathroom displays with select design options on a tight budget. Ian did an amazing job installing a handful of the displays at the EMCO showroom and we can proudly say one of those displays was purchased not long after the opening of the showroom.

Hello, iLevel Contracting was a refreshing experience! We recently reached out to have some help with our interior doors after a carpet installation. We could not shut any bedroom doors, bathroom doors & louvre doors. I want to extend a special thank you to Ian & Rene for their superior work. At the time of meeting them we were impressed so much that we wanted to ask them for some additional help with a few other smaller jobs. Honesty, they did a great job! From the initial meeting / interaction to communicating via phone, text, email - it was/is the service you would want & would be very happy with. The day of the job was arranged, they communicated their arrival time, they completed the job in the time frame as well as the price. I hired Ian and Rene (iLevel Contracting Inc) to complete a number of small plumbing tasks. Some of the jobs were: :removal & installation of a new Laundry Tub (new Faucet & Drain Assembly & Shutoffs), remove & install new exterior faucets *FROSTFREE and the removal & installation of new vanity faucet and drain.

They provided a detailed quote and completed the job on time and on budget. They are very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them for small or large jobs.

I hired Ian to do several jobs in my home. He painted the ceilings, baseboards and window trims perfectly. He installed all my interior doors and did many other projects. He was polite and wonderful to have in my home. He cleaned up every night before he left and he completed the project in the exact time frame he quoted. Redoing tiling in kitchen, trim work and painting in my previous house. iLevel Contracting worked on my cottage updating, painting/wood work. More resent rebuilt my home bathroom shower. Looks great. We hired iLevel to do a total renovation of our main bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the result! The quality of the work is superb. iLevel Contracting does very professional work taking the time to do the job right and exactly to what we asked for. With the experience Ian has, Ian often suggests ideas that we didn’t even think of that turned out superb! Since our first bathroom Reno, we have hired Ian to do two more bathrooms including flooring and baseboard throughout the whole house. Our next project with Ian is a kitchen tile project hat we are excited to start!

Over a year ago my husband and I decided that our bathroom was in some much needed repair. So we started the process by reaching out to contractors in the area. I thought this would be a relatively easy task but soon learned after interviewing 8 contractors that it wasn't so easy. Then we met Ian. He was the only one who truly listened, was willing to work with us, and instilled the confidence in us in order to move forward with the project. I couldn't be happier that we waited it out. He is extremely professional, kept us up to date on the project, and ensured that he left the job site clean on a daily basis. All around, he was such a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him!

We are very pleased with the bathroom reno we received. The tile work (both flooring and shower stall) is beautiful, including the niche for shampoo, etc. I was especially pleased with how clean everything was left at the end of the day.

Two bathroom renovations are just the beginning of what we need to do in our house. Based on our experience with ILevel I will have no hesitation in having them complete the other projects. I found ILevel had all the characteristics I expect from a contractor. Our house has many challenges, some not correctable without major demolition which I didn't want. They managed to work around these challenges and came up with excellent solutions. They are open to discussion as I already had my own design ideas, are punctual (always notifying us in some way of arrival times), are creative, flexible, dedicated and good with timelines - at a cost that met my budget and all was cleaned up when they were finished. It doesn't get much better than that.

I level provided a professional service. The contractor showed up on time and ready to begin his day with all applicable tools and supplies. He listened to what my requirements were and did a beautiful job in the installation. At the end of the day he cleaned up any mess sawdust etc. so I was able to continue to use the areas of my home which he was working on. He provided the service at a reasonable cost and completed the work on time.
