-Tracking sub-contractor scheduling, while confirming their materials/equipment quality and installation

-Managing and tracking supplies/accessories across trades to meet value requirements and budget estimates

-Inspect workmanship to assure quality

-Ensure all meet specifications

We also want to assure you, from the beginning that, once hired, we will perform according to your preferences. In that respect, we will provide a written report on project progress at weekly intervals, to include supply expenditures and work attendance.
