Jesse tiled 2 showers in our new house. The work was very clean and meticulous. It is apparent he prioritized a high attention to detail. I’ve received so many compliments on my “spa looking” bathroom. I would highly recommend Jesse for other timing job. His rates are very reasonable; excellent communication and very punctual. Thank you Jesse. We look forward to working with you in the future.

After completion of an on-site and product inspection, a written work quote was provided, and work was commenced on installing the glass tiles. The job was left after a few hours with the offered reason that an equipment failure would require two or three days for equipment repair, after which work would resume. That was before the lock-down.

All attempts to communicate with this contractor have met with silence; no response to e-mail message and no response to telephone call. A phone call to the tiling company office offered a promised return call. Silence persists.

The job remains incomplete. The tiles that were cut to fit were cut in such a manner as to render the appearance of DONE BY AN AMATEUR at best. The work done is totally unsatisfactory. The manner of "communication" merits a total FAILURE grade.

This is the worst contracting experience I have had in my lifetime.

Overly impressed with Jesse's professionalism and determination to get the job done within the alotted timeframe. I've laid flooring myself and I can tell from experience that he knows what he is doing. Quality of workmanship is high and overall very satisfied.

We had Jesse complete two jobs for us in the past few months and couldn’t be happier with his professionalism. The first project was a bathroom, where he installed drywall and finished it with a beautiful tiled tub surround. I was extremely happy with how he quickly completed the project, even when I asked if he could lay the tile in a different direction, a last minute decision on our part but he readily accommodated our request! The next project was tiling a fireplace wall around a gas insert. The tile was a large scale tile and had many cuts as it had a wood beam mantel and angled ceiling to work around. I was very happy how it turned out! He once again was top notch from start to finish. Great skills and loved that he cleaned up the work site after the job was complete. We look forward to working with him in the future!
