Gavin is a honest and responsible individual. We originally hired him through Trusted Pros, which was our very first time. I got a few calls after I posted my laminate flooring project with my budget in mind. I interviewed three different contractors, but Gavin stood out differently as he seemed very nice and honest. So I called Gavin back to give him my project. He met with my budget and was very honest and gave good professional advise throughout the work. He was always on time and the work was done professionally. We liked his work so much that We decided to use him again for our painting project for the interior of our home. Good guy, honest person, will recommend him to family and friends.

I hired Jaigur Builders to install a dishwasher and install a range hood. Mr. Gill arrived and removed the old dishwasher and attempted to install the new dishwasher and it became very evident that he did not know what he was doing. It first appeared that there were parts missing for the new dishwasher to mount it to the cupboard and I later found them inside the dishwasher. He could not find the electrical connection on the new dishwasher and we became concerned and told him to stop. In 2 hours the only thing that was accomplished was the removal of the old dishwasher. He them attempted to install the range hood and had it all in place but the filter would not fit and he tried to force it on but said that it was made incorrectly and we would have to call the manufacturer. After he left I took a look at the hood and could plainly see that the covering inside the hood was not in the proper position, and that was what was not allowing the filter to slide in. I removed the cover to find that the electrical wires were hung up and being crushed by the way the cover plate was put in. It was very visible that the plate was crocked and was not in correctly. I am a 72 year old woman and I was able to see it but he did not. I now have to get an electrician to correct his installation. Mr. Gill was paid by cheque but did not provide any invoice for his work and time. Cheque was made to him and not the company name on the truck.

I'm very happy with the result. Gavin installed the tiles in our bathroom and it looks really nice now. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He makes suggestion. We are his regular customers.

I hired Jaigur Buider just recently to do my deck. I need to re-paint the whole deck and I am pleased for the result. He did an excellent job for the outcome, no short cut on the job. I highly recommend them for all your renovations ideas

talked on phone and set appointment came by the next day and assessed the problem as needing replacement. bought the replacement at home depot as he prepared the job. After a quick install in and out in 2 hours. Had a small glitch afterward in that a seal had not been removed but came by the next morning after a call the evening before. fixed at no charge for return call. excellent demeanor and good communication from start to finish.

Gavin did a great job with both, always checking with me to see if I liked what he was doing. Polite, on time and with a very reasonable price to do the work. Would recommend him to anyone, and will be using him in the future. Very pleased.
