Can't get Energy Star numbers to get my subventions.
The guy always say he's gonna get them but never comes back.
They were supposed to install the moldings but they didn't unless I paid an extra cost!
If you call, if not the answering machine, the guy answers as if he just got out of bed makes you wandering if you made a false number...

Took forever for them to come and do the job after many phone calls and emails. Finally got door replaced and now chasing them trying to get receipt. Phone calls not returned, nor emails. Very disappointed and will definitely not be referring this company to anyone I know!

If something goes wrong with your order from or the work done by this company, you may find yourself in the position that I am- filing a suit in Small Claims Court as a final recourse. What has particularly annoyed me is the owner's dishonesty. He had been unable to deliver stained glass door glass I had ordered (it was out of production - no fault of his on that score) and when I couldn't find a suitable replacement from any of his suppliers he agreed without any equivocation to refund my $500 deposit. Only problem is, he never has. Polite e-mail reminders have been ignored. A phone call met with excuses ("just got back into town- your cheque will be in the mail soon") I can't comment on the quality of this company's work, but I certainly don't consider the person running this outfit to be trustworthy. A review I posted on Google maps was responded to with misreprentations and lies. What would be his response if you were to call about a problem with an installation he'd done? My guess is that he'd offer assurances that he'd take care of the problem. But would he ever show up? I certainly wouldn't bet on it. My advise- save yourself a lot of trouble, and find someone honest and reliable to do your door and window work.
To answer to this very mediocre supposedly client, several attempts were made on the owner's part to settle this issue. He ordered a door with a glass. Two days later, he was notified that the glass he chose was discontinued. Once he knew this, he had agreed to choose a different glass. It took him several months to get back to me while all this time the door itself had been ordered and ready awaiting for his confirmation of the glass. 6 months later, he called to cancel the complete order. The order of the door was custom made for him. Despite the fact that there is no other companies that refunds a deposit a year later for a custom made order, I was ready and willing, to sell him the door without a glass at a loss on my side, which he agreed upon. As of today, i still haven't heard back from him for the delivery of the door, but yet i read this comment today. Who should be considered dishonest and lacking integrity in all this????

The owner was very honest and easy to work with. Helpful in keeping options within my budget. Order was precise in choice and measurements. No surprises. The installation crew was professional, experienced, organized and neat.
