Jensen Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our furnace back in October of 2008. Since then, our new furnace has broken down twice. The first time, Jensen employees came back to replace a "faulty control board". The second time, we had the motor replaced by another heating company, who red-tagged the appliance. Apparently, Jensen Heating and Air Conditioning failed to install the furnace up to code. They saved themselves material costs by failing to install the proper B-venting. I am not happy with the quality of the furnace that Jensen reccomended to us, nor am I happy with their installation job. When I tried to contact Jeanette Jensen, both of her telephone numbers had been disconnected. I believe that my husband and I were scammed by this company, and I would not suggest this company to anyone!

Jensen Heating and Air Conditioning in Oshawa Ontario STOLE $2000.00 from us. We hired them to install a new furnace and A/C system in September 2011. After several arranged dates for this install and them not showing up, the representative for the company, Jeanette Jensen", agreed to return out $2000.00. They still to this date (January 24,2012) have not returned our money. The BBB have tried to contact them several times but they do not respond (they now have a "F" rating with the BBB) They also have not responded to the Durham Police Department, apparently they are above the law. This company is very BAD NEWS!!! Stay far away from them!!!!
