My wife and I hired Jess-Mar homes to completely redo our backyard. This included demoing the existing garage, deck, and fence as well as rebuilding a new deck/fence, carport, and landscaping the new yard.
When we originally started contacting companies to complete this job, we had a difficult time even getting a response from other companies to come out and give us an estimate. Jesse and his team responded quickly and had somebody out to do the estimate within a few days.
Throughout the planning stage, Jesse and his team were super helpful in working with us to figure out exactly what we wanted to do and made sure that it stayed within our budget. They provided a complete and detailed quote with blueprint sketches as well as a price breakdown of what everything was going to cost.
During the actual physical process of the work, the team was extremely friendly and remained open and communicative regarding what they were doing and why.
We did run in to one small problem when demoing the existing garage, but the guys made sure to solve the issue without drastically increasing the bill.
The final product was everything we imagined it to be, and Jesse and his team even improved upon a lot of the ideas that my wife and I had when planning out the project. Our carport has a unique design and Jesse and his team made our dream come to life.
All in all, we are extremely happy that we chose to use JessMar Homes. Not only for the quality of work that they provided, but also the communication and friendly customer experience that they provided throughout. I put an emphasis on that because before dealing with them, I was kind of jaded on contractors in general as they were not easy to communicate with, and didn't seem as focused on the 'customer experience' side of things. JessMar seems to have struck a perfect balance between quality of work, and dealing with their customers in a professional and friendly manner.
10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.

We are more than impressed with the quality of our new fence and the overall service. Not only was everything done as we requested, but demolition was done in a day and our new fence completely re done the following day. As a family with young children and pets, it was so important that we found a contractor who was able to do this in a timely manner for us.
We found this company to be very professional and courteous guys to deal with, and will highly recommended. Thanks again Jess Mar Homes for making our fence dreams come true.

I purchased my house in the summer of 2019. Despite being very excited with the property, I knew I wanted to make some changes to make my house a home I could truly be proud of before moving in. I had a few ideas in mind but honestly did not know where to go with them. I contracted Jess-Mar Homes Ltd. to renovate the entire property after meeting with Jesse (owner) at my place. His knowledge and expertise were clear but his easy going personality is what put my family at ease before moving forward with him. He was very understanding as we made various changes to the 3-D models he offered prior to signing off on the deal. Once the renovations began, I was able to chat with Jesse, his father (John) and his grandfather (Mario) along the entire process as I checked up on the progress. I can honestly say that there was never a "tough conversation" as I made changes along the way. They just wanted to make my dream a reality. Fast forward to the finished product and I could not be happier! Hearing people tell me they love my house is a great feeling and I know it would not have been possible without Jesse's attention to detail and true passion for producing top quality work. I would recommend Jess-Mar Homes Ltd. to anyone looking at building a home or looking at renovating their property (I have already)!
