JFL Construction did a washroom addition, a nursery and new comer's room last year in our church facility. We could not be any happier and impressed with the construction they did in spite of some existing building challenges in our church facility. The project was done with great expertise including a thorough construction plan that was presented to our Church Board prior to the start of the project. Cost of the project was very competitive and at a reasonable price. Every small detail was looked into. Construction was completed on time and within the construction budget. The construction team knows what they are supposed to do and executed well. They were polite and decent. Our praises for a good quality work! We highly recommend JFL Construction for any residential and commercial projects you may have.

Jae's work was always done on time. He left every day he would leave the work site spotless. Jae takes immense care with his work and leaves nothing out.. I truly appreciate having Jae doing work for me. I already have him lined up for my next project.

It's been a year now since we contracted Jae Lockhart for the remodeling of our main and guest washrooms, revamp and upgrade laundry room and sink area in kitchen. We have had zero deficiencies to date and are extremely happy with his work. His skills in plumbing, electrical, construction and tiling/grouting are top notch. His expertise in sharing his knowledge when modifying these areas in our home was well thought out in advance, and he was very easy to work with during revisions of original plans. His work was completed on time and tidy clean up happened at the end of every day. He stayed within our budget and offered his assistance even after the end of his day. This makes him diligent, caring and trustworthy to ensure our needs were met. JFL Construction was unknown to us, so we contacted the references who gave him high marks and said they would hire him back in a heart beat. This gave us great relief to start the project right away with him. We would highly recommend Jae Lockhart for residential or commercial projects and will not hesitate to use his contracting services in the future.
