I have been involved with home renos and flooring since i was 16 years old and went to work with my father, who was an installer. He taught me for 5 years then i progressed to local flooring stores in the city of Sudbury. My skills are top notch as well as the work i perform, at a price everyone can afford.I only recently opened my company because of the poor workmanship i have seen too many times for prices that were just as bad.I believe in trust and communication and will tell a potential customer if the product they chose is right for the job, and if i would be bothered to do the work.I will not do a job at a substandard level for no one as it is the work i do that brings a sense of pride to what we do as business owners.These i clearly state with the client or potential client so there is no confusion in my role or theirs. I am big on involving the customer with their project and offering tips and suggestions at anytime.I will at no time take on a task and not be able to do the job right the first time, I will bring in the right people for the job ensuring quality workmanship at all times.

| Warranty | I warranty all my work for 1 year. As i am unable to know the abuse it may or may not take and i always install the product according to manufacturer's specifications.Any product that i come across that has damage like tile or hardwood is brought to the homeowners attention. |
