The work was shoddy. They were doing work on behalf of National Home Services. We had to get another contractor to fix everything, including the cap on the chimney. Everything leaked and the connections were done with flexible metal hoses instead of copper pipe. There were two guys and they must have dropped the hot water tank on my deck because they took a big chunk of wood off the step. They managed to dent my new steel door and scrape the wall in the stairwell when bringing the hot water tank into the house. NHS couldn't track them down to fix anything and told me they had gone AWOL.scraped the back door and the wall in the hallway. They were a disaster!
