Jordan has done work for my family in two different homes now.

He did some amazing work during our bathroom renovations, including installing a radiant floor heating system under stone, as well as beautiful granite counter-tops and an imaginative decorative bathtub tile surround that accommodated a rather complex array of shower heads and controls. After he was finished, the bathrooms became the most eye catching rooms in the house.

In our back yard he demolished an old wood retaining wall for the raised garden and then replaced it with an extremely solid stone-brick wall which fit together flawlessly with other stone works that were preexisting.

When the time came to move into our new condo, Jordan did an in-house consultation with samples of the flooring he recommended for our situation. He understood the limitations placed on condo owners in the work hours, methods and materials necessary to follow the rules of the community. He also insisted on using top quality materials so that our floor will hold up to wear, dogs and spilly people for years to come.

We were especially impressed by his willingness and ability to contact other specialists when he ran into complications with our pocket door and high-tech appliances. He takes the time to make sure the whole job is done the right way, even if it's not his specialty.

In a sentence, Jordan insists on doing the job the right way the first time and takes personal pride in achieving that goal.

I wanted to thank Iordan for making my home safer, cleaner and so much more livable and beautiful.

I have mobility issues and my daughter asthma. I knew carpets and a standard tub just wouldn't work. It was overwhelming. After many false starts, I found Iordan and as a fairly new home owner I was delighted to find him. He actually transformed my home to meet our needs with long-lasting solutions but brought the beauty of Europe into our home.

He was always there to answer questions and concerns, but also guidance; because I am an accountant my expertise in his field was limited. He took into account my constraints of budget but also my hope that it would be beautiful and functional.

He gutted and repurposed our second bathroom to allow easy access. But also made a waterfall form blue/green/ and iridescent tiles, cascading down the wall. It makes me happy to use this, because of the beauty, but also I can manage the new design.

The master bath, despite space constraints was transformed into a beautiful Grecian spa with rain from the shower and powerful jets to ease the tensions of the day.

The carpets were efficiently disposed of and travertine and oak engineered wood replaced it. I had doubts about engineered wood, (because I didn't think it was better) but Jordan knew this was a superior product and is up to date with the latest cutting edge technology of the industry.

What he has accomplished, in my home cannot be dismissed. The hint of Europe with the solid construction and knowledge of a truly dedicated craftsman.

I would recommend Iordan, for his artistry and integrity. It is a privilege for me to be living day to day with our rejuvenated and beautiful home.

My experience with Jordan as a tile setter is no question the best tile setter I have ever been introduced to. I'm a journeyman carpenter my self with a keen eye for detail and quality. Jordans work is impeccable, very clean and tight and the great care of water proofing actually blew me away. Jordan will be doing all of my work in the future for sure. I highly recommend Jordan, the best tiler I've ever met.
