I sent an e- transfer in October 2019 was promised a well by May 2020. I had to sell my place on Lake of Bays as my wife had an accident. I suggested that my brother wanted a well so he didn’t have to return deposite and drill a well at my brothers. It is now January 4 2021 and he has not drilled the well or returned my deposit. I have emailed him many many times and there is always an excuse and he will get to drilling well after last excuse. I had my own business for many years and I have never been treated like this. I have been patient and polite and I have no idea why he’s treating me this way. He doesn’t even try to contact you and explain why he has not showed up. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I definitely would rate this experience as 0 out of 10. I now have to get a lawyer and all the stuff involved with that. Avoid at all costs.
