Really cannot comment on previous reviewer. guess everyone experience is different, I guess mine was better.
JSN send in Ayman to look at my fridge as it was not cooling at all. Fridge was at least 10 years old but a pricey one when I got it.
Came in, wore the boot cover and must have spend a good hour checking and not only that had lot of the parts as he did call before asking for the symptoms.
Yes, service was pricey at $240, it was service plus parts, but heck, I do not think I would have found the cause, as I pretty much took apart a lot of the fridge to find the issue. I thought it was the condenser, thankfully it was not, was relay switch.
He even helped put the part I took apart in the freezer back.
I'm happy with the service, worth it than throwing up the Kenmore Fridge
