I was referred to Karsan and Philip by a friend.
Odel made himself immediately available to us at the end of his working day.
We were very happy with his quote.
He arranged a plumber, which was required as we had a blocked pipe.
Odell’s drywall work and painting were exceptional.
I will be entrusting my next job to him.

Exceptional experience! Odel showed up and proceeded to spend the first block of time laying down protection for my floor. Then used poly to enclose himself in the area he is doing the work to keep the dust down in the rest of the house. The work was done on time and to a quality I am very happy with. They are very used to working in homes while you're still living there and very thoughtful about how they tape and poly everything off to keep dust down and hassle to am minimum. I highly recommend them!

I have used Odel on a number of projects and very happy with the quality of his work. He is punctual, works hard and takes care when on the job site. He follows through with his promises and is someone you can trust to get the job done right. I definitely will be using his services again!

We had our waterlines replaced and were left with multiple holes in walls and ceilings and were somewhat doubtful that it would ever look the same, thankfully we found Odel and can honestly say in some areas you can not tell there was work done and in others it looks better!! Absolute professional from first contact to the completion of the job. If needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and highly recommend Karsan and Philip.

After my ceiling was damaged as a result of a leak from the roof I asked Odel to fix and finish the patches which were affected.
Once again he did a super job and my ceiling looks new again.

Odel of Karsan & Philip Wall and Ceiling Inc. did an excellent job in repairing the broken ceiling and repainting the repaired work with his expert finish. Now the ceiling looks like new. If anyone wants to have the ceiling and/or painting done I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Karajan & Phillip did an amazing job removing popcorn ceiling and making it smooth. They pay attention to detail and the job is very well done!
