This was the best experience I have ever had in the home renovation field. Although this was a relatively small job, I was treated like it was the firm's major contract of the year.
From the first phone contact everything ran smoothly. Luc arrived right on time to observe the potential work required. He was extremely professional, informative and pleasant. His estimate was provided in a timely manner but with sufficient time taken to carefully consider the scope of the work, and it was very reasonable for the work to be undertaken.
The work date was set for five days after I accepted the estimate, which was excellent for me. Again he arrived on time to the minute. The first step was to lay out drop cloths to ensure cleanliness and no scratching of the floor even though there was no real dirty or rough work to be undertaken. Every empty box or package was laid out neatly in the corner for disposal, and the work progressed very quickly and efficiently but with care.
All my questions about operating the lights and fans and their remotes were answered patiently and thoroughly with a very pleasant demeanor at all times. He also made it clear to call him if any problems arose from the work.
I rate the entire process at a 9.9/10 since nothing is perfect, and I am not one to give this rating lightly. I now no longer look forward to future home repairs with dread because I have certainly found my go to firm for almost any type of renovations or repairs. I am pleased to give Kastel my highest recommendation.

We hired Luc from Kastel Homes to do a renovation to our store .We were more than pleased with the outcome. He did the work in a timely manner with minimal disruption to our day to day business. He worked with our designer to make sure we got what we envisioned.
