Little Reno just completed and it is with great pleasure that I post this review! Our very first renovation project and I had a vision, I had ideas and Keith along with his team of exceptional craftsman brought it to fruition in a very small period of time with results far exceeding what I had envisioned! Without hesitation, we definitely recommend Ben Ross Home Services as a stand up, trustworthy, punctual and committed organization dedicated to taking care of their clients. I'd like to thank Keith as well as Dean, Ritchie and Chris the Tile Guy (as well as the electricians but their names escape me - sorry guys) for the care they put into our requirements, the attention to the little details that made all the difference (especially Chris with the really tiny bits of trim in the right places and his love of our cat)!

Great job fella's, will definitely be recommending you to our friends as well as the next stage of reno's (gotta save up for round 2)!!!

PS - so sorry about all the stairs! The photo's do not do it justice nor show all the work they did. We had butcher block counter tops installed, an island extended, beautiful baseboards installed, some under counter lighting and of course the gorgeous tile.

I contacted Benross ostensibly to complete and rectify work that was done by one of their local competitors. Work involved baseboard take off installation and painting installation of closet doors plus some outside carpentry work with respect to rotted gable ends on my garage. The other two companies indicated after starting the work that it was too hard and they didnt know if they could do the work and then of course the phone calls were not returned etc etc.

Benross showed up and were incredulous that their competitors deemed work unfinishable and too difficult. They completed all the work in a pretty timely manner, and the work was done professinally and competently. The workers who came into my home were respectful, cleaned up the days detritus and all in all it turned into a good experience.

After a truly horrible multiple set of experiences they were able to come in and finish up all the work where others could not or would not.

I would hire them again either at my home and I would trust them at my revenue properties as well.

Quite impressive and that is from a fairly cynical guy, me, and I am dealing here with facts and a completely objective viewpoint.

Keith was an absolute saviour. I had a bad experience with my initial contractor who made a right mess of my kitchen and everything was a problem and delayed. He let in the middle of the project and to be honest it was the best thing that ever happened to my kitchen because instead I found Benross. Keith came and listened to everything and immediately had a solution or an answer of how to solve it and fix it. He was honest, and genuine and i immediately trusted his opinion. He was able to do all the work in a timely manor and kept me up to date with everything that was going on in terms of steps. I was aware of everything and he called me anytime he needed confirmation if it was ok to go ahead. The job he did fixing up everything was done to perfection, clean, precise and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Benross from here on in for any future projects.

We originally hired a contractor who was a family friend, disaster !! Abandoned & left unfinished. Of course we’d paid. We then had a really lucky break, I called Keith at Benross & even though he was on vacation he answered immediately & came to my home on his first day back. I sincerely wish we’d met him first. A complete professional. Responsive at all times, nothing was too much trouble especially as he was clearing up someone else’s mess. What a guy ! His trades were excellent too. If it was possible I’d rate Keith & Benross 15/10. Some of the pics are what Keith encountered. There is a finished one there too (First & last I think)

We are a non-profit business that needed a variety of work done. Everything from electrical to carpentry. Kieth, Anne and all of the " handy kind of guys" have never let us down. The customer service starts from letting Anne and Kieth know what's needed to the handyman doing the job to even the detailed invoice, they are prompt, professional and detailed.

When they are performing the task in our office it's like they aren't there, that's how professional they are. The handymen don't waste time and are very efficient while not making a mess, something that is very impressive!

We will always think of Benross first and foremost.....highly recommended!

I have a rental house in Calgary, but I live in Ontario. Unfortunately, this caused a chaotic disastrous mess to my property from tenants. There were repairs needed to doors, windows, cupboards, and big repairs to bathrooms. I called Keith McTaggart at Benross Home Services and explained my issues, and my very tight deadline as I was selling this home and it needed an inspection. Keith was extremely understanding, and went above and beyond to accommodate me. He sent his best worker, Neil, and together they worked to get the job done, on time, on budget, and professionally finished. And after I had to go home, Keith kept me updated to the progress with pictures. I can't say enough about this company. If you need a handyman service, look no further, Keith and his team are who you need to call!

We contracted our home renovations to Benross Home Services in the summer of 2017. It has been now a year since they completed them. These were relatively major renovations. Keith and his team did a very good job. They were professional, transparent and honest throughout the job execution. Keith and his team are pleasant to deal with. We would engage them again when we need to in future and would highly recommend them for any home renovations, without any hesitation.

To me, Benross Homes Services was like finding a lucky ticket! I immediately felt comfortable with Keith upon his first visit for estimate, and he kept true to our budget upon completion of the work. The flexibility to tackle the "changing" reno needs as they arose was amazing and they were in contact with us each step of the process. Keith, Anne and their team were thorough, thoughtful and efficient.

Having heard reno horror stories from friends and some of their contractors, I felt so very fortunate having Keith and his team onboard.

I would definitely use Benross again, in a heartbeat!
