I hired Kenneth Homes Design Build to build my custom home in Hamilton, Ontario. I worked with the crew for a period of approximately five months. They worked diligently on the job until it was completed. The crew was great to work with and they delivered everything as promised. The job was completed under budget and on time. They also dealt with the Tarion warranty program and were very responsible and professional with all their dealings.

We hired Kenneth Homes Design Build to complete our custom washroom renovation. A few years ago they had completed a large renovation for my parents so we know how great of a job they would do for us! As expected, the workmanship, quality and entire experience was amazing!  Travis is a great foreman and absolute pleasure to work with! We were completely comfortable with him in the house and he always cleaned up at the end of each day. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family!

We hired Kenneth Homes Design Build to carry out a major renovation of our lake front home. This was a large, complicated job which required a lot of coordination with other companies. The Kenneth Homes team did a fantastic job on our basement bathroom and laundry room! They showed us how to utilize the space in the best way and also conducted themselves in a very pleasant and professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the quality work they have done! We purchased our first investment property in December 2014. We hired a general contractor whom we believed to be trustworthy and efficient. Needless to say, the estimated $75,000 budget ballooned to $215,000 and the months dragged out so that in May 2015, we ended up firing him after we had already paid out $100,000. He hadn't even finished half the job and had not obtained any permits which he had agreed was part of the scope of work.

After obtaining new drawings, surveys, minor variances, etc., we finally got our permit and in November of 2015, we hired Kenneth Homes Design Build, Inc.

Talk about night and day. Not only did they come in at a fair and reasonable price, they took the time to communicate any issues that came up immediately. Working with the City of Hamilton building inspector and correcting the issues from the previous contractor added up to almost $30,000 but we know that Kenneth Homes has done things right.

Brian DosRamos and his team are reliable, hard working and ethical. Brian speaks from experience and truly cares about his clients' interests. I look forward to working with Brian on the next property we purchase and have already recommended them to several associates.

Roof was supported while pillars came down, rotten part cut off and new wood bottom epoxied on. Everything looked very neat and even, once painted, will never notice they were repaired instead of replaced which saved a lot of money. Plus the original ones had fancy cast iron tops which were secured to the pillar so we didn't need to touch that part. Very happy to get this job done before winter with all that added weight on the roof for the bottoms of these pillars were almost ready to collapse.

Kenneth Homes Design Build Inc., designed and constructed a raised deck around my above ground pool. They started and finished on time and within budget. I am very pleased with the appearance and workmanship of my new deck.
