The renovation was well planned out, with schedule details and phases that are completed on time. There are a few items that got delayed but they had a plan B all along. His experience, knowledge and connections with suppliers and explains the cost which we found reasonable.

The workmanship and attention to detail from Laven, the project manager was definitely on point - from leveling the floor tiles, to sanding walls and ensuring smoothness of the corners. He knows the trend and works around your choice of style to bring out the most high-class look in interior design. The quality of service in making sure everything fits well together regarding aesthetics and functionality was better than I expected and experienced! Everyone who visits my home loves the change and I always get questions on who did such a job.

Alex and his team were amazing. They worked with all of my specifications and designs. They worked endlessly to make sure the project was done on time. Every obstacle that came up was professionally handled and they went above and beyond to get things done the way I wanted. They were professional and polite and always kept in the loop.

Alex was a professional thorughtout the process. When we first met him to discuss our project for our totally unfinished basement, he immediately inquired what our plans are as to the usage of the basement, and from there gave suggestions on different options. When we got the quote, it was on a well laid out contract (17 pages) with 3D rendering of the project, actual costs, and what work will be done. We had an extra storage, bathroom, and bedroom done as well.

When choosing the materials, Alex took us to 3 showrooms and listened to what we wanted.

We now have a functional and very nice basement. Throughout the process and construction, Alex has always been very responsive. Laven, the Project Manager, and the rest of the crew were professional. And the best part, no hidden cost and finished in a timely manner.

We are now enjoying and making good use of the basement.
