My wife and I had a positive experience with Richard and Kingsway Waterproofing. We were experiencing water in our basement after heavy rainfalls. Richard examined the basement and was very thorough in explaining potential problems and solutions. Thus far, after a couple of rainstorms, we haven't seen any water in our basement.

Thank you Richard for saving our basement and resolving water leakage issues. We had waterproofing done by other company last year, unfortunately leakage continued and other company never showed up to fix the problem. Richard came and diagnosed the problem right away. Very satisfied with the quality of work performed by Richard and Kingsway Waterproofing team. They waterproofed side of the house, parged the wall and installed membrane. Excavated area was backfilled and tamped. I was provided with the pictures of every stage of this project?. Job was done fast and clean.
