I cannot recommend Mr. Vahid from Kiyan Electric more highly. I lost power to half of my home on a Saturday evening during COVID-19. All family members were home. After checking all breakers with no success, I called Mr. Vahid. He was professional and courteous on the phone and patiently explained the various options. We decided that he needed to inspect the panel in person. He came promptly as promised and diagnosed the issue in an efficient and thorough manner. He assessed that the problem was connected to the main electrical feed from the city and not connected to my panel. He physically showed me his findings and went the extra mile and offered to speak with our local Hydro provider if that would be helpful. He was extremely patient and wanted to ensure a good plan was in place before leaving. His price was very fair and accommodating. Mr. Vahid represents a highly trained professional who is clearly invested in ensuring his customers are truly satisfied and well taken care of. Sadly, this is often not the "norm" in today's fast-paced market. I cannot recommend Mr. Vahid more highly. He will be my first call whenever I am in need of a licensed electrician.
