Terrible experience!
I’ve paid CAD$240 dollars for nothing! It’s more than the rug itself!
I found this company on Instagram and called there to get my rug clean because my senior dog had peed on it.
They said the cleaning would be finished between one or two weeks, after 2 weeks I had to call them because nobody called me back, and of course, nobody has answered me either. I had to message the driver and two days later he delivered it.
My rug is still dirty and smelling really bad ashtray?? and urine.
My whole living room is stinking and I do not recommend Knights of Cleaning!

CARPET CLEANING
We have a reputation for providing the best equipment available. Our portable units are at the top of their field. We pre-spray your carpets with an enzymatic solution that destroys all oils, stains, and solid soils. After which we use steam to remove all dirt and moisture from your carpets, leaving them dry in no time. Furniture is relocated while feet protection is applied. We provide numerous spotters for difficult stains as well as pleasant-smelling deodorizers to keep your carpet looking and smelling new.
UPHOLSTERY
We look at the fabric and determine which cleaning procedure is required. For each sort of textile, we employ specialized cleaning chemicals. AREA RUGS
