I had L & W come in to take care of some work in my furnace room and was totally happy with the job they did. They had to remove a partial ceiling, replace insulin in the attic, deodorize and put up a new ceiling. They answered all my questions patiently and were very friendly. Great job and I will call them again anytime I need something done.

I contacted Walter for a quote after being impressed with the number of solid reviews on Trusted Pros. The job involved building and finishing two new walls with double doors to provide sound-proofing and storage areas in our heritage commercial building. As the work had to be done while I was out of town, and the building otherwise vacant, finding a reputable, reliable, trustworthy and highly professional contractor was absolutely essential. Walter was that contractor.

From the start, he treated the job as if it was in his own building. He made valuable suggestions for improvements to my plans, and always offered cost-effective alternatives. He coordinated in my absence with three other contractors I had hired, with no issues whatsoever. Whenever he had concerns in some aspect of the job, he would contact me immediately to provide me with the information I needed to make the decision as to which way to go. He completed the work on time and on budget, and left the work area as clean as when he’d arrived. The result was even better than I expected.

I will definitely hire Walter again, and can recommend him without question.

L&W Restoration was hired to fix our drywall from a water leak and re-do some other work by another contractor. Walter was always on time, communicated effectively, answered all my questions and overall did an outstanding job on our repairs.
