DO NOT hire this handyman. I hired him on recommendation from a friend. For Job #1, refinishing my kitchen cabinets, he charged me by the hour. That was a really bad idea, I didn't know any better. IF he showed up, which was rare, he worked very slow, talked on his phone all day and charged me for hours I know he didn't work. Job #2: a new fence, not bad work, but I had to get someone else in to fix the latch on my NEW FENCE because the one he put on didn't work. My 7 year old was trapped INSIDE the yard before school one day, because he couldn't open the gate. Job #3 soffits and fascia: he said he was going to REPLACE the soffits and fascia. He put new metal soffits on but just covered up the old rotten fascia with new metal ones. After 3 weeks of waiting for him to come back and finish the job, we had to hire someone else. The new contractor found almost 100 of the 150 feet of fascia had to be replaced because it was rotten. They had to take off all the soffits, fascia and gutters to do the job properly. It cost me over $3100.00 to fix the mess he left. Needless to say I am not very happy and out a lot of money.
