Greg and his network of contractors did an excellent job constructing a secondary suite addition to our acreage home. We could not be more pleased with the result- the addition looks as if it was always part of the original design of our home. Greg was completely hands on and the quality of the finished project reflects his experience and attention to detail. And we stayed on budget! I would highly recommend Landen Design Build for any project you are considering.

We had a great experience working with Greg at Landen Design. He is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. We had the opportunity to use 30 hours of no charge no commitment preliminary planning and didn't have to pay a dime until the design was completed.

Working with Greg and the Landen Design team creating the design for an acessory suite for my in-laws has been a great experience. They have made it easy, supported us with the requirements for the county and gotten the information to us when we needed it. After dealing with 2 other companies that consistently let us down, we luckily found Greg at Landen Designs. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with him as we moved from initial ideas to design and drawings to applying for the development permits. Greg is always there to answer any questions (and there have been plenty) and always gets back to us with answers or suggestions. And the most shocking part of all of this is he has yet to ask for any sort of payment throughout the design phase. Once we get the approvals from the county, we will be looking forward to completing this project with Greg and his team.

I really can’t say enough about Greg’s service and skills. He did a fabulous job on the design of our house but more, he helped us to think of all kinds of things that we hadn’t thought of, and supported that with very practical solutions. Greg was always very friendly, professional and constantly went the extra mile to give us exactly what we wanted.
Greg also uses modern software design tools and was able to give us visuals so that we could see the design and changes in three-dimensional virtual reality. Greg was also very reasonable in pricing, better than others we looked at. We would definitely recommend Greg for any of your novel house plan designs.

Greg and his team did a fabulous job on many interior features of our home and especially the banisters and custom spindles for our stairway. Greg also installed and finished all of our doors and custom interior window frames. Any concerns and issues were promptly and pleasantly addressed. Greg was a pleasure to work with and the quality of his work is outstanding!

My house is on a wood foundation and the rear wall was bowing in , my friends husband used to build wood foundations and he was going to do the job doubling up the studs to straighten the wall.(this can be done if the bow isn't too severe) Well because of the drought and he has cattle he became too busy and couldn.t fit it in, also he lost his help.
I came across Landen Design and Build and I called Greg, He was very helpful and even though they are busy they managed to fit in my job. Darren a master carpenter came out to Okotoks and got it done and the wall is now straight..
I would highly recommend this company.

I had the privilege to work with Greg on this project. A little back story, My original Custom Designer quit on me out of no where (IN JUNE), and in a shocked and disappointed state of mind i went online to search for a back up Designer that would help me design and plan my home. Everyone was backed up and had a wait time of 6-8 months before they could help me get my plans certified. Greg on the other hand, had the heart to personal call me up the day after my submitting, and speak with me for nearly an hour to see what it was exactly i was looking for and what my timeline was. He told me to send over anything I had and he would go from there. So everything was done from my end the way he said. He called back and made sure our conversation wasn't rushed. He was Super easy to talk with and with sending information back and forth. A few days later he sent me my first draft, and after that he went ahead with 2 other Ideal drafts just to give me options. Greg really knows his stuff, and Im so happy i got paired up with him. So far Im loving everything from customer service to Communication to the professionalism that Greg and his team brought forward. And YES!! All that was free!! And yes I'm finishing my plans with Landen Design, not because my options were limited, but because I'm happy with were I'm at. I don't need to keep my options open no more, I highly recommend this Team and will gladly spread the word around my community.
