Max Campbell of Enterprise Custom Hardwood Floors, came highly recommended by our real estate agent and true enough, he lived up to expectation.
As we were abroad, we had great difficulty in our selection process for the right contractor and the right specification for the hardwood floor. Max was able to understand our requirements totally and he promptly provided us through emails, photographs of the hardwood floor planks that he would install for us. He also showed us clips of his previous hardwood floor projects to give us an idea of his workmanship and the high quality finishing that he is capable of.
The manner in which Max conducted himself through emails and phone calls gave us the confident to proceed with his company even though his price was higher than the competition.
During the installation phase, Max was punctual, diligent and treated our home with respect like his own. He was also open for discussions with whatever additional input we may have with regards to colour and the final finishing of the hardwood floor. He was extremely patience in this respect and he delivered the exact specifications that we had agreed upon.
In the end, we are truly a satisfied and proud owner of a beautifully finished 5 inch white oak hardwood floor (rift and quartered) with linear and consistent grains (no swirls or knots).
Throughout the installation phase, Max demonstrated good integrity and he is a person that takes pride in his work. Max is certainly a true professional in his trade. As such we have no hesitation in recommending Max to any owners who intend to have hardwood floors installed in their homes.
