Made a mistake by removing all of the amount of my foundation and could not get a building permit for the reconstruction portion. He proceeded to request money for the project he knew he could not do. The result was that we lost a substantial amount of money that he requested in order to put materials on the site and he deserted us keeping the cash.

Probably best described as a test for Dan and his crew.
More jogs and angles than your usual siding project.
Extensive and detailed quote.
Patience and an overwhelming desire to do a good job won the day.
Of course the snow towards the end of the project didn't help.
Talk about tough working conditions!
At the end of the day the ultimate endorsement of any contractor is would you have them back?
Subject to a few odds and sods to be finished up the answer is a resounding YES !!

Dan and his crew were great. Original quote was very thorough and concise. He checked with us before every change or addition to the project and had great input. His guys were professional and showed up and got the project done on time. We are very happy with the results and will work with Lehmann Group again on our next projects.

Please do not consider this con. Dan Lehmann stole 94k. Totally ruined my front and back yard. Destroyed my brand new irragation system, septic system. Lied about a building permit. Continued lying to get more money And left me with a hole and lost my rights to a carriage home. Lawyers served him and his wife/girlfriend said he had died. This Dan is a liar and is being looked for by police, lawyers and other companies and persons. Call me (250) 317-3694 please if you ever think of using him. BEWARE!
I have video of the destruction, before and after. Call me also if you have been taken by Dan Lehman and join the civil suit against him.

Dan installed an outlet in a kitchen island and under cabinet lighting after a kitchen renovation had been done by other trades. He was methodical and able to troubleshoot electrical shortfalls in how the electrical installation had previously been done. Dan was very affable, readily answered my questions and was happy to explained what he was doing and why.

My large deck had some sagging on a couple of the joists, Dan and his tradesmen's showed up on time, provided a quick very cost efficient solution to fix the sagging of boards. The techniques Lehmann Construction used were top notch in reinforcing overall structural strength of my decking system. Also went the mile to ensure all 50 joists had the extra corner support hangers as the originals contractors missed installing the corner and joist hangers.
As well Lehmann Construction installed my natural gas Bellagio patio torches on each side of my deck for that awesome ambience appeal at night.
Costs and time to complete were well on par as quoted. Dan contacted myself on every little bit of work required before commencing unauthorized. Would highly recommended to others.

My husband and I hired Dan and his team to take over our DIY renovation. We purchased our new home under the expectation that we were going to renovate it ourselves, but due to time constraints and the scope of work being increased due to removing a supporting wall we decided it was best to hire professionals to help us finish our project and make it our dream home. From start to finish Dan kept us well informed and comforted through the whole process, as well as making sure all our needs and concerns were addressed in a timely matter. His crew was always on time, and we our entire renovation was finished on schedule and on budget (utilizing a small amount of contingency, which was to be expected in an older home like ours).
