Complaint: He contacted me one Friday afternoon at rush hour to drive to Brampton from Oakville to pick up a load of custom built cabinets and deliver them to Burlington. I should have turned an run as the manufacturer hadn't been payed and refused to release the cabinets till they were payed over the phone. But I didn't. So I deliver them to his job sight in Burlington. Only his workers were there with no money. Rene wasn't there. I should have driven off with his cabinets but I give people the benefit of doubt. Or used to. So I call him. Says he has some cash flow problems and asked if he could email me the money later that evening. Now I have no choice but to wait because I did deliver the goods. He never payed me. 2.5 hours $150.00. I was very patient. He begged for me to wait till Sunday. I didn't call him till Monday evening when still there was no e transfer. He got angry with me and told me to stop harassing him. I'm not a man of means and this took food off my table and took me away from my family which meant babysitter at the last minute. It is now April and I've not been payed. Back then on that Monday he said to invoice him. I deal COD. My customers understand this. Some say karma is real. I believe there is something of the sort. He will and has judging by the reviews here continue to screw people over till he finds someone who won't be as happy about it as I've been.

Complaint: Don't trust this company ! Owner Rene Richardson goes by the company of Licom Construction located in Milton Phone number (905) 699-8186 which now that number is disconnected . This contractor order 3 disposal bins in a period of a month which was back in august. Long story short after many phone calls texts and emails he always has a story and still hasn't paid me over $800.00 he owes me . Don't trust him he's a liar and always has an excuse also I'm not the only one he owes money too ....
