If you are reading this review, let me save you some time and advise that you don’t have to look any further if you are seeking a full service contractor who specializes in final finishes!! My husband and I added a 3,000 sq ft addition to our house complete with basement and garage and Lilo Renovation Inc was there to not only meet but exceed our expectations. Since managing the construction of an entire house build as homeowners ourselves we fully came to understand the equal importance of quality workmanship to communication, scheduling and timing. The crew from Lilo delivered on all aspects which was a breath of fresh air compared to many other contractors we dealt with. The Lilo team lead by Ramaz, was timely in responding to all my questions, was able to bring samples and paint test patches to ensure we were happy with the selection of colours before proceeding, made sure all surfaces were prepared and protected properly before applying paint, paint application was suburb complete with straight lines and smooth surfaces, the crew was neat, tidy and kept the materials in the house clean and organized. In addition, the members of the crew were friendly, respectable and showed attention to detail to ensure we, the client were left satisfied and happy. I was most impressed not only by the quality workmanship but that they showed up on time, exactly as planned which kept the schedule on track which is a huge important part of renovations.

I have more painting projects on the way and am so pleased I know exactly who to call and in fact, look forward to working with Ramaz and the team from Lilo Renovations Inc time and time again.

The team from Lilo Renovation does the most amazing job in repairing drywall due to previous water damage! You cannot see one seam! They clean up beautifully after the work is done too!

The bathroom renovations included tiling, plumbing and minor electrical work. Gorgeous results were exactly what I wanted and had envisioned!!!!!!

My unit had to completely be repaired due to a flood that took place. After my insurance approved the quote the team when in to start a couple days later. The work was all done in a week. The job was done nicely, clear and exactly what I expected. I would definitely use lilo Reno again and would refer them out.

I have high walls in my kitchen and staircase that were too difficult for me to paint on my own. I felt it was unsafe to use a high ladder. Also, I didn't have the patience to use a paint brush on long poles. So my high walls were neglected and needed to be painted for some time. I finally contacted various painters and decided on Ramaz and Lilo Renovations. Ramaz was very professional and took the time to answer any questions. He assessed the job and assured me it can be done. He confirmed the day and time for his crew to come in and I was grateful. They did an amazing job painting my high walls with care and efficiency. Their pricing was reasonable and their workmanship was above and beyond. I would be happy to use them again as well as give them referrals. We needed our entire house painted and contacted Lilo Renovation Inc after searching online for a painting company. Ramaz and his team including David & John were always punctual, respectful, friendly, fast and clean. Ramaz even suggested the main colour for the interior. I've hired Ramaz and Lilo Renovation for a few projects now and I am very happy with the results. Ramaz is the owner and he is very easy to work with. He is always available to speak when you need to discuss an issue or idea with him. His painters are pleasant as well as skilled. They completed the jobs in a timely manner. Had Lilo Renovations repaint and do some repairs to our front verandah and they did an amazing job. The paint was flaking off, and in need of some attention. They removed all the old paint, filled in the cracks and repainted. The verandah looks brand new.

The team of workers was so professional and accommodating, and would have no issue in recommending them. If ever we had any more work to do, would definitely ask them back. They were also very reasonably priced so a definite bonus!!
