Money Grabers...I called to have a service for locked car door. They told me that $29 would be technician charges to come there and $45 minimum and can up depend upon the work. He came and after checking he said it going to COST $125+29+tax. I thought it's too high, however we went on with work..He tried to open the door but wasn't successful and told my husband that he would not be able to open it. Meanwhile, my husband was trying to open it from the fob and luckily after many attempts my husband was able to open the trunk and went in to open the door ..Since he technically didn't do anything in opening the door...he in total charged $188. Dont you think it's insane? for what he charged 188 my husband opened the door.

These people try to make you fool in letting you very low rates on the call and when the technician will come he will let you know so high rates that you will end up in paying and secondly your technician didn't do anything in opening my door so why you charged me 188 pathetic, looting people and taking for granted the situation..instead of letting the people know that what could be the flat charges..they hide it so they there tech can go and ask whatever amount .........for the work you didnt do and charged me unfair price. $188...shame on you kanata locksmith..shame on you....my experience is very disappointing...i recommend not to go this place..otherwise they will take benefit of your situation. big big big big big looters!
