We hired Gregg of Lok D homes for a bathroom reno. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about what we wanted and made numerous suggestions about what would look good for our space. They were very tidy and kept there work area clean everyday. One of the very few contractors that provided a copy of there liability insurance and a binder of his completed projects. The end result was amazing, when they left the bathroom was spotless and so was the basement area where stored all there tools. We would not hesitate to hire Gregg of Lok D homes again they are my go to renovation team.

We hired Lok D's Homes for a full kitchen renovation. Our kitchen was 53 years old and in much need of updating everything from walls/ceiling, plumbing, electrical, cabinets and painting.

Greg's quote was thoroughly thought out and accurate. He took the time to walk us through it and explained the details. His quote included plumbing and electrical, all of which he took care of organizing for us making it a hassle free experience (no middle man business and trying to coordinate trades/contractor's schedules).

Although we are very pleased with everything, two things in particular stood out. Greg and Chris showed up when they said they were going to, without exception. They were there until ALL the work was completed and did a final check to ensure we were happy. The other thing that stood out to us was Greg's attention to detail. The quality of the work was excellent and they took care to reduce dirt/dust as well as left the place clean at the end of each day.

We were never left wondering about anything. We were also kept up to date with progress, any issues or next steps. If/when there was an issue, Greg worked with us to figure out the right solution.

I would definitely seek their services for my next reno!

My wife and I hired Lok D homes to complete a bathroom Reno on our upstairs bathroom. We met with Greg to do the initial quote which was extremely fair. Each cost was detailed and explained in a professional booklet provided to us. Greg and Chris arrived each day at the time they said they would and started immediately, completing the job within the quoted timeline. Our house was protected with drop sheets and a negative pressure fan to keep dust from exiting the bathroom. Greg was always courteous and understanding of our schedules. He routinely explained the progress of the reno and quickly communicated any problems that arose. The work itself was extremely impressive with an obvious attention to detail; Greg himself seemed to be his toughest critic. We were extremely impressed and wouldn't hesitate to hire Lok D homes again in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a true professional.

I can not say enough amazing things about this company they are a respectable, reliable, and efficient. Lok D's went above and beyond our expectations while transforming our basement into a family room. They treated our home and our family like it was there own. They take great pride in there workman ship and skills. My husband who has worked in the trades for over 20 years was amazed many times at the integrity and attention to detail that this company pride them selves on. I will not hesitate to higher this company again in the future.

We had Greg return to do our Kitchen reno after previously having him do our "man cave reno".

We were so happy with the first reno that we did not hesitate when it came to looking for someone to do our kitchen. Through Greg, I also followed his advice in looking who to go to for our cabinetry. An excellent choice as well...Leggo kitchens.

He listens to your ideas, needs and questions. Always honest in his answers and going the extra mile to find solutions. He is all about the quality and end product for the customer.

Greg did the complete tear down and reconstruction of the entire reno. He was able to keep the project moving and my house still functional during this major change.

We recently hired Greg to add a new bathroom to the second level of our home. We are very happy with the completed product and really enjoyed working with Greg. We had a good feeling about him from the second he walked in our door. He took the time to thoroghly discuss our vision for the bathroom and provided us with a very comprehensive estimate.

I was a bit apprehensive before we started this project because I have heard so many horror stories from friends about renovations going way over budget and/or taking longer than the contractor told them it would. I expressed those fears to Greg and he took the time to explain the possible scenarios that may result in a cost or time increase. He also assured me that he would do everything he could to midigate those issues. And he kept his promise. He was completely transparent with us the entire time and kept us in the loop.

Our final bill was only slightly higher than his estimate and that was due to some plumbing issues in our very old house. He stayed within the timelines he outlined for us and left our home clean and welcoming.

The bathroom looks awesome! Exactly what we wanted. We also asked Greg to do his best to match the trim on the outside of the bathroom to the rest of the trim in the room (old wooden trim that is a bit more elaborate than standard). He nailed it! Now I want him to come back to do other rooms.

Anyway that was a bit long winded to say that I would definitely recommend Greg and his team!

I had hired Greg and his staff to complete the finish the drywall job and install two doors in my basement. Greg was very professional and upfront about time and cost. He was accurate with his time projection and kept the work area fairly clean given what is involved with drywalling. The quality of his work was excellent and the basement gets a lot of compliments. I would use Greg and his team again if afforded the opportunity.

In September 2016 we decided to undertake this project and began looking for a contractor to do the work. After interviewing a number of individuals we were somewhat discouraged. Pricing quoted was ball-parkish, timing somewhat indeterminate and little clarity on how and what would be done. One contractor told us, “Just so you know this job is going to be messy!” and left us feeling uncomfortable. Finally we met Greg Loker and things changed. Greg gave us a detailed written estimate of what would be done, a firm detailed costing and timing which met our requirements. He also provided a written confirmation of his company’s insurance policy, something I hadn’t even thought of asking for. When we addressed the mess issue Greg assured us they would use fans vented outside, drop cloths to protect our home and furnishings and keep dust etc to a minimum. We signed on and work began. It proceeded exactly as Greg had described. We did incorporate a couple of changes at Greg’s suggestion and these were completed without any problems. Greg and his team were friendly, showed up when the said they would and kept us informed as the work progressed. We couldn’t have been happier with the end result and yes the house was as clean as when they started. On time and on budget. Greg is the consummate professional. He works closely with you to understand what you want and provides helpful recommendations. Greg wasn’t the cheapest contractor we talked to but I’m not sure the cheapest is the best way to go. His pricing was fair and competitive. We would give Greg and his team five out of five stars and would use him again, in a heartbeat.

We were referred to Lok D's Homes from a friend who is an interior designer. Greg gave us a very detailed quote and worked with our design ideas to help achieve the look we were after. Greg and Chris have a very high attention to detail and delivered us an amazing bathroom. Greg was always there to answer any questions we had during and after the renovation, we are very pleased with the finished product. We highly recommend Lok D's Homes for your next project!

We hired Greg after receiving multiple quote to have our Garage framed. Greg was on time, very approachable and extremely precise when building our project. Never having hired a contractor for home renovations, and becoming frustrated by contractors found through newspaper advertisements and web pages, who did not return phone calls (even to say they are too busy to take on more work), or did return calls agreeing to renovate, then never hearing back from them, my husband and we turned to the Trusted Pro web page to find contractors in our area and read reviews. I would never have believed how hard it would be to find a contractor to re-do our basement. We weren't looking for a high end finish but good value for our money. We were recovering from a major basement flood.

Lok D's Homes recently renovated my kitchen. They did an excellent job. They were here when they said they would be and did the job quickly and stayed true to the quote. Both Greg and Cory were professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home. They job was done on time and within my budget. I highly recommend them!

What can one say when a miracle happens. Greg and Cory have to rank right up there with the very best in their trade. We have employed many tradesmen over the years and none are in the same class as these two guys. The night before they did the job I lay awake wondering just what we were in for, knowing the amount of work that had to be done and the mess that was going to hit us, well, guess what, after Greg phoned to say he was on his way I said to Anne, I like the sound of this Guy, and after half an hour I could see that they knew just what they were doing and any fears that that lingered vanished. They never stopped working and each knew what their task was. I should add at this point that they were working in a very confined area having had to remove the toilet pedestal sink and the old bath tub and widen the door to get the unit in. Everything went without a hitch, as far as I could see and the end product is much more than we had anticipated, just fabulous. The clean up was much more than we expected. I can't say enough good things about these two Guys. Another thing that impressed me, Greg went over the area where they would be coming and going looking for damage and not having found any they left it exactly the same, not a mean feat by any stretch of the imagination, those tubs are very bulky.

We had Lok Ds come in and do a complete kitchen demo and remodel. From flooring to lighting to new cupboards. They completed the job way beyond my expectations!! Greg and his team leave no stone unturned! They even made sure my stove and fridge were level!

Without a doubt we invited them back to take my 1960s bedroom into a stylish new pink room for my daughter! All new drywall, paint and electrical work!! We even had them re-drywall our other two bedrooms and add a fresh coat if paint!

I would definetly call Loks Ds for any of our future projects!! Greg has an eye for perfection!
