We had a roof installed 7 years ago by another roofing company, and our roof developed a leak. The other company came out to review but apparently did not see any issues. More rain came and more leaking occurred but the other company did not respond to our request to come out to fix the issue.
Based on a recommendation from our kitchen contractor, we contacted Lukasz. Lukasz came to the house and reviewed the situation, and found issues right away, provided pictures of the situation and explained what the solution would be, along with a quote to repair the issue. We agreed to a Friday repair, based on his work schedule. A day prior to agreed date, Lukasz showed up to do the fix.
Lukasz did not provide the invoice until after another rain had happened so that we could check that the repair worked.
I would recommend LS Roofing and Renovations for your roofing needs!

From the gecko they explained everything since I knew nothing about roofs, super helpful and extremely knowledgeable of their trade. They finished the whole roof faster than I expected and looks amazing. Worth every penny. Price very reasonable.

I called Lukasz for a quote in June 2020. He visited my house and gave me a quote. I told him that i will let him know if i choose him to do the work. Lukasz did not pressure me or reduce the quote to make me sign up. He answered all my questions about the work he will perform and the material he will use and then left. He was very honest and he told me that it will be 5-6 weeks before he will do my roof unless someone else drops out.
I called Lukasz after a few days and told him that i would like him to do my roof. Lukasz's quote was very competitive based on the materials he was using and I had heard good things about him.
He performed the work in 2nd week of July 2020. He was at my house on time at 8 am. and he performed the entire work with the help of only 1 other person. He was like a robot and he was done by 7 pm. I have seen teams of 6-7 people do a roof and they still take an entire day.
Lukasz did a fantastic job, there are no bad joints. The roof looks perfect and he left the site clean.
I wish Lukasz best of luck in the future and I hope that he gets more business due to his genuine honesty and hard work.

In a rush to close off the roof on my new house addition and replace the old existing roof, I was happy to leave the job in the hands of Lukasz from L.S Roofing. Professional, experienced and focused on client satisfaction, he did an excellent job and kept the project on schedule right before the holidays. No cut corners or surprise extras, Lukasz's friendly team was hardworking, respectful and cleaned up after their work. I wish more of the trades I hired for my project were like L.S Roofing!
