When we were looking for a kitchen design company a year ago for our home we found Lucvaa quite by accident and we were fortunate enough to have found then indeed..!
Today we are writing this thank you note and review on our relationship we built with Lucvaa because we are delighted with what Lucvaa finally delivered for our home.
Gajen and his team not only designed and delivered our beautiful custom made kitchen and pantry, Lucvaa designed all our vanities including our Master Ensuite and they did all our closets including the walking closet for master bedroom, which is quite a statement in our home. They also designed our Basement Bar, Fireplace mantels and an exceptionally beautiful library cum office room for us. Lucvaa’s team were very professional, understood our design concepts and needs,they always listened and respected our ideas so that in the end we got exactly what we envisioned for our home. Their installers and staff were extremely professional and were accommodating throughout the process.
Today we get many compliments on the detailed workmanship of our new Kitchen, beautiful Basement Bar, and on the exceptional design and the woodwork and cabinetry in our office room. We are really grateful to Gajen, Nisa and his team for their hard work to deliver the best. Our main showroom feature more than a dozen displays varying in size, style and feature elements. Our satellite showrooms may be smaller, but all Lucvaa showroom inspire innovation and design!
Our experienced team of designers will assist customers design their space with custom cabinetry. With our wide range of door styles, colours and decorative mouldings, the possibilities are endless. If our customer can t find their style in our vast collection, we can create the custom door profile, colour, decorative moulding, and anything else to meet their needs.
The Lucvaa engineering and production team is more than 50 strong with decades of experience. Most have been with Lucvaa since the beginning and our newer team members quickly find their place in the production team.
Lucvaa has worked on projects ranging from small studio units to large mansions, to decorative features of a Whitchurch-Stouffville church and all cabinetry in a new St. Lawrence Market condominium build.

| Warranty | Warranty Coverage: Lucvaa Kitchens warrants its parts to be free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase under normal use. This warranty is offered only to the original consumer/purchaser and may not be transferred. Compliant to the Drawing: Items that are not compliant to the drawing must be reported within 15 days from the date of completion. Warranty Period: Coverage for all kitchen cabinets, drawer banks, bath storage cabinets, linen cabinets, wall hutches, fillers, toe kicks, medicine cabinets, mirrors, and accessories lasts for one (1) year from the original date of installation. Warranty for Hardware: One (1) year warranty for material, and hardware. Within the first (1) year, labour fees will be waived. Any forceful damages will not be covered. What Lucvaa Kitchens Covers under the Warranty: During the warranty period, Lucvaa Kitchens, at its discretion, will repair or replace any part or product that proves to have substantial defects in material or workmanship. In the case that the product is no longer available, Lucvaa Kitchens will provide an equivalent replacement. In keeping with our policy of continuous product improvement, Lucvaa Kitchens reserves the right to change specifications in design and materials without notice and with no obligation to retrofit products we previously manufactured. Wood, Aging and Printing Limitations: Because of the varying natural characteristics of wood and the effects of aging, product shown in displays and/or printed materials will not be an exact match to the cabinetry that is received. Depending on the wood characteristics, the age of a sample and the environment of the showroom, samples will show some degree of variation from new products. In addition, doors, drawer fronts, trim, or moulding cannot be expected to match exactly in either finish or grain. Variation in wood is normal and unavoidable. |
