Late post..We enlisted Mr. Pablo Moreira to complete various home projects and we were very satisfied with his workmanship and work ethics’s. Mr. Moreira was reliable, efficient and completed his work within agreed upon time and costs. He kept us posted with his plans and schedule and was very mindful of his commitments. We highly recommend his services and plan to call on him again for future needs.

It was by chance that I met Pablo and after speaking to him I hired him to build a pergola with a privacy fence along the side of my house. He shared his ideas with me and asked for my input. I cannot say enough about Pablo and his work as not only did he pay attention to detail, the workmanship was simply amazing and even though it was outdoors, he always cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving. I cannot say anything negative as he went above and beyond the work that was required. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation and would definitely call him back for any other projects for my home. The pergola with privacy fence has added so much to my home and a pleasure to look at. In fact, I have received numerous compliments from neighbors. Thank you Pablo.

Found out that a previous renovation had left the cold air return covered. It was not clear how to solve the issue without cutting a bunch of exploratory holes into the finished walls & ceiling. Through lots of patience and excellent problem solving, Pablo was able to confirm the location where the vent hook up was needed. He then suggested a couple of options that would fix the problem without causing a bunch of additional repair work. His attention to detail & persistence showed his experience & care in fixing a complicated issue. I’m so grateful for his awesome work & would highly recommend Pablo.

After looking at the reviews on this site I thought I would call Pablo and have him come over to give us a quote. Pablo came to our house and quoted the job for us. I can't say enough about Pablo he was amazing. He completed everything we discussed and his attention to detail was unreal. We had a difficult design issue with duct work in the ceiling and Pablo came up with a design that made the issue fade into the ceiling. He communicated very well with us and made sure that we were happy with each part of the job he did. We needed to stain the stairs to match the floor and he worked with the paint store until he got the perfect match. Once he finished the job we asked him to do several other jobs that we needed completed in the house. Pablo is honest, reliable and organized. His quote was right on and if there was any extra's that we wanted he would run the cost by us before he began. He takes such pride in his work and it shows with the finish product. We have some other work to be done at the house and we have asked Pablo to do the job. I highly recommend Pablo @ 3M Services

Mr Pablo Moreir is a professional who is meticulous and organized who does outstanding work. The hinge on the kitchen cabinet door was in a very difficult position. The faucet had tightened up and would have required a potential part replacement and I decided on a replacement, that was installed several days later and the workmanship is excellent. The work area is maintained and kept clean at all times.. the cost was fair for the time involved.

My search to have a small drywall repair was answered quickly. Pablo at M3 Services was quick to respond with a reasonable quote. We arranged for a time that was suitable to our household. Pablo arrived not only on time, but a few minutes early. I was impressed with the preparation for the job, i.e. covering of floors and furniture for dust protection. No time was wasted, and the job was completed within the time period quoted. I was very impressed with Pablo and the job he did for us. So much, that I have requested quotes for additional work.
