Horrible service. After they get your money, they don’t answer emails or calls about issues. Stay away! They installed a damaged unit and wanted to bend it back to shape and paint it as a way to fix a Town and Country unit. When we insisted on replacement parts as we spent $12k and change on the unit, they said no and now won’t return our calls or emails, nor from Town and Country itself, who has asked the company repeatedly to assist us through its distributor. The inside fireplace panels were never installed correctly and when pointed out after the email, the installer told us they shift when the unit is on with the heat. Well, the inside panels fell over within the unit (see photo). The manufacturer, distributor and this company have been made aware before Christmas and we are still waiting for this to be fixed, as Mackenzie won’t contact us to fix this issue. Stay away!
