Madison Contracting

Madison Contracting did an excellent job on our bathroom shower renovations. We had a small issue after they were done and they were quick to come back and fix it up for us at no cost. We have hired them for a few jobs around our house and are always happy with their work.

Knowledgeable and honest. Traits that are hard to find in a contractor these days are more then abundant in Madison contracting. They helped to alleviate all past fears of bad ethics by making me feel comfortable and heard. They worked diligently and did not give up until I was completely satisfied with the final product.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right.

Work started on a Monday and completed within a week that included taking the old deck

down and replacing with a new deck. Workers were friendly and did a very good job.

We had Madison contracting tear down and rebuild a bathroom in our home.

Kevin worked with us through the quoting, planning and final tweaks of the process, always keeping in touch and answering texts and emails.

Jeff and his crew of experts worked efficiently through covid protocols to keep the noise, dust and inconvenience to a bare minimum.

Lead tech Jeff was very good at listening to what we needed, and quick to touch up any issues that presented themselves.

We are very happy with the price , service and aftercare and would recommend Madison Contracting highly.

After meeting with ~7 different contractors, we settled on Madison to do our main/2nd floor reno. We are very happy we did. Our experience with them was, and continues to be, top notch. They started on the scheduled day, and finished within the time frame they promised (6 weeks). They had several members of their crew at our house every day, getting work done (they were all very friendly and helpful as well). The house was always left tidy at the end of every work day (despite not living in the home during the reno, I visited every day).

Kevin (the GM) provided a detailed quote (very fairly priced out, not the cheapest quote, but certainly not the most expensive either) and responded promptly to any inquiries we made. Any changes to the job scope we requested were priced out quickly and required our approval before moving forward. Jeff (the company owner and GC) was very communicative and an awesome problem solver.

This was a big reno, at least for us, and we have no complaints about the experience we had with Madison. They completed the job exceptionally well and exactly as promised, things actually turned out better than we expected. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Madison to our friends and family for any type of work they might need. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd project we have had Madison Contractors do, and we are always pleased with the results !!! They have finished our basement, tiled our new fireplace and now extended the balcony. It is so nice to have a contractor that is reliable and can be trusted to complete the job with a quality result. This was especially important during this difficult Covid time when lumber supplies were hard to get, as were contractors !!

Been using Madison Contracting for several projects. Great company and people. Very easy to deal with and accommodating. Had renovations done to kitchen, bathroom, flooring, cabinetry, and entire basement. There isn't anything they cannot accomplish. All work done was of the highest quality with a professional work crew. Very happy with Madison and will definitely be using them in the future.

After reading many positive reviews about Madison Contracting, I contacted them to find out if they do chimney work. Kevin came to my place, was very friendly and professional and promptly sent me a detailed quote. We organized for his guys to undertake the work and they did an outstanding job, which included capping the chimney, and left my property very clean. It looks so beautiful and has completely transformed the profile of my house. I've had so many compliments on the work. I would never hesitate to call Madison Contracting for anything that needs to be done at my home.

Our neighbours had an extension to their deck done by Madison Contracting. They were very pleased with their work so we decided to use them to build our deck extension as well. Kevin from Madison Contracting sent two workers to build the addition to our back deck. They did the job professionally and quickly. We are extremely happy with our new deck extension and will enjoy it for many years to come.
