Madison Contracting

We used Madison Contracting after searching through reviews. The reviews they had were all great so I had Kevin come in and quote on the job. It was remove the existing light fixture in the kitchen and replace with pot lights. And replace the sinks in both upstairs en-suite bathrooms and install a new toilet as well as paint and some other upgrades. Communication with them was fast and professional.

What I can say is you get what you pay for in a good way. The work they do is excellent at the end of each day they clean up so it’s not dirty in your home. Any issues they immediately let you know and if there could be additional costs. There was an unexpected issue with a leak and they told me the cost and it was immediately fixed.

They aren’t cheap but the work is first rate as is the service and i’d much rather have that than inexpensive and problems later.

I would certainly recommend them for any services you may require and hope to use them for my finishing of my basement in the future.

Madison Contracting did a Kitchen renovation for me earlier this year. The guys were professional and considerate. They were very flexible in what I wanted and did a great job. They completed everything on time as promised. The finished product was exactly as I had hoped. The price was as quoted and any extras that were encountered were fair and reasonable.

The kitchen tap was leaking and unfortunately not caught in time. Water damage was done, house was starting to stink badly. Called up Jeff, he came over immediately and within hours we were acting on having a new laminate floor installed.

Had Madison Contracting in to complete a project that was well past due...

They updated and made my space more roomy than before, opened things up and got us into looking modern. They are easy to work with and have a great crew. Time lines were kept up and tidiness was not an issue. Hardly knew they were around most times!!

We will definitely use Madison again for future projects.

Madison Contracting did an excellent job removing the carpet and replacing the flooring with laminate on the main level of my home. Crew arrived on time to start the work and Project Manager Kevin was very attentive and listen to all my concerns during the works progress. Would use and recommend this company (and crew) for any future work.

We needed some drywall work done in a rush since we'd already booked the installation of our kitchen cabinets and flooring. Jeff arrived quickly, when he said he would, and priced out all of the work for us and assured us they could get the work done in time.

After the work started things went a little bit downhill.

The joining wall between our kitchen and the next townhouse over is supposed to be 5/8" fire rated drywall but Madison installed 1/2" standard drywall. I know just enough about building code to catch this but to their credit they came back the next day, tore out the 1/2" on that wall and replaced it with the right drywall.

My only other complaints with Madison are that their workers didn't show up one day when we were expecting them with no call (communication rating), they left our house with the back door wide open one day, and they used my shop vac to clean up their drywall dust and dirt (cleanliness rating).

At the end of the day they got all of the work done in a super tight timeline (less than 2 weeks from quote to job done), which saved us from having to pay rescheduling fees, and the finished product looks good.

I recently hired Madison Contracting to replace my front porch and back deck. Their project manager Kevin worked with me to finalize the requirements and come up with a final plan. The crew was timely and conscientious of doing things the right way. The decks look great.

I'm very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I have got Madison Contracting from Trusted Pros site and I am more than happy with there work and professionalism. Work is done in reasonable time. They were continuously updating us with progress and every time I have called with concerns they called me beck same day or in few hours.They were more then happy to do changes that we requested.I can recommend them and would use them in my next project.
